Our story

HAV Farms is a Christian family working land outside Crescent, OK. We believe the Lord calls us to steward animals, soil, and neighbor relationships with integrity—Faith-led family ranch, stewarding the land and our herd to the glory of God.

What we believe

We start from Scripture: Christ is Lord of our home and our herd. Honesty in breeding, humane handling, and gratitude in every sale are not marketing—they are how we say thank you to God and to you.

Breeds & crosses

We focus on Boer, Kiko, and Boer × Kiko crosses selected for maternal traits, growth, and hardiness on Oklahoma pasture. Kids and breeding stock are offered when available—see Contact to ask what is on the ground this season.

Pasture & care

We farm with regenerative goals in mind: rotating goats through paddocks, resting grass, building organic matter, and supporting biodiversity. We do not use synthetic herbicides or pesticides on our pasture—fertility and weed pressure are managed with grazing timing, mechanical options when needed, and patience.

Clean water, mineral balance, and calm handling are daily priorities. Our chevon program reflects the same ethic—pasture-raised goat meat processed under inspected facilities when you order from the shop.
